Sancerre Red

Colour: A bright ruby with fine violet nuances.

Nose: An intense nose with red and Morello cherries.

Mouth: the attack is supple, the red-fruit notes reappear, the tannins are present and harmonious. A Good length.

Pairing: A supple and light red wine which goes well with white meats (veal, poultry, rabbit…) and served a touch fresher, with fish. Also works with cheese.
